The results are in for Green-tech and it’s all positive news

Company’s customer survey results show 100% of respondents would recommend Green-tech, with MD Kris Nellist saying it “makes us all proud that 99% of all respondents say we have a reputation for honesty, reliability and integrity,” despite the challenges of the past couple of years for construction.

The results from Green-tech’s annual survey have been announced and the company is pleased to say it’s great news for the business, with 100% of all respondents saying they would recommend Green-tech.

The survey was sent to all of Green-tech’s customers at the end of 2021 and asked for their opinions on Green-tech, from their salespeople and communication, to their stock availability, delivery service and prices.

Green-tech says that it is delighted that 100% of those who answered the survey said they would recommend the company. Other headline figures include:

  • 99% feel Green-tech has a reputation for honesty, reliability and integrity
  • 96% think Green-tech goes above and beyond for customers
  • 87% say Green-tech has the most extensive product range in the industry

Kris Nellist, Managing Director, commented: “I am incredibly pleased with the results and it makes us all proud that 99% of all respondents say we have a reputation for honesty, reliability and integrity. The fact that 96% think Green-tech goes above and beyond for its customers makes me incredibly happy and is testimony to the commitment and determination of my team to provide outstanding customer service.”

Sales Director Richard Gill said: “Great to review the survey results this year, the feedback cements all the hard work the team puts in and makes it all worthwhile. We wanted to know about the external factors that affect our customers and ascertain the mood of the market, so we asked our customers about the importance of sustainability when choosing a product and supplier. The shift towards this was considerable, with 74% saying that sourcing sustainable products on behalf of their customers was very important or essential to their decision making. The vibe in the industry is overwhelmingly positive with 92% – compared to 77% last year – of all respondents feeling good or buoyant about their order book throughout 2022.”

Customers had the opportunity to comment on their personal experience. A selection of comments include:

  • “Your service is 10/10”
  • “Green-tech does its upmost to supply all goods required within our sometimes very tight deadlines”
  • “All round excellent service”
  • “Really is a comprehensive service”

Kris Nellist concluded: “Despite the challenges the pandemic and Brexit have thrown up, Green-tech strives to provide the best possible products, prices, delivery service and customer experience. We will continue to support the industry by participating at exhibitions and events and sponsoring awards and initiatives that shine a positive light on the industry.”
